Vacuum will not start; a lock or key icon is displayed.

Safety: Ensure the unit is not near children during troubleshooting.

• Disable child lock: Press and hold the designated lock/unlock button (refer to manual) for 3–5 seconds until the lock icon disappears.
• Power cycle: Remove the battery for 1 minute, reinstall, and try disabling the lock again.
• Check buttons: Ensure the lock button is not physically stuck or damaged.
• If the lock cannot be cleared: The control keypad or PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
