The vacuum has very weak suction, but the motor sounds normal.

Safety: Remove the battery before disassembling any parts.

• Empty and clean the bin: Remove the dust bin, empty it, and clean the cyclone mesh with a soft brush.
• Check for clogs: Look through the wand and nozzle for obstructions. Push a flexible rod or broom handle gently through to clear blockages.
• Inspect seals: Examine rubber gaskets around the bin, cyclone, and filter housing. Replace if cracked or flattened.
• Clean/replace filters: Wash or replace the pre-motor and HEPA filters as specified in the manual.
• Reassemble and test: Ensure all components click firmly into place to maintain airtight seals.
