How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before disassembling any parts.
- Empty and clean the bin: Remove the dust bin, empty it, and clean the cyclone mesh with a soft brush.
- Check for clogs: Look through the wand and nozzle for obstructions. Push a flexible rod or broom handle gently through to clear blockages.
- Inspect seals: Examine rubber gaskets around the bin, cyclone, and filter housing. Replace if cracked or flattened.
- Clean/replace filters: Wash or replace the pre-motor and HEPA filters as specified in the manual.
- Reassemble and test: Ensure all components click firmly into place to maintain airtight seals.
