Possible Causes

Loose connection in floor head, Broken wire in wand, Failing brush motor, Overheating brush head PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the head and wand.

  • Wiggle test: With the vacuum running (battery installed), gently move the wand and head connection (then stop and remove battery). If brush stops when moved, there is likely a cable or connector fault.
  • Clean connectors: Wipe electrical contacts on wand and head with a dry cloth.

If the brush still cuts in and out, the head or wand wiring may need replacement.
