Possible Causes
Clogged pre-motor filter, blocked cyclone mesh in Parkside dust container, air leak at bin gasket, partially blocked extension tube or floor nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before deep cleaning.
- Empty and clean bin: Remove the dust container and empty it. Clean the cyclone mesh with a soft brush to remove fine dust.
- Clean filters: Take out the pre-motor and HEPA filters. Tap off dust and wash if allowed. Let them dry completely before reinstalling.
- Check for blockages: Detach the extension tube and floor head. Look through them against a light source. Use a flexible brush or rod to clear any obstructions.
- Inspect seals: Examine the rubber gaskets where the bin and tube connect. Replace any flattened or torn seals to restore suction.
