The mini motorized mattress/sofa brush does not spin when attached; the main floor head works normally.

Safety first: Remove the battery.

• Detach the mini motorized brush and visually inspect the electrical contacts for dirt or corrosion. Clean with a dry cloth.
• Remove the mini brush roller and clear any hair or threads from the ends.
• Reinstall and test again. If the main floor head still works but the mini head does not, the mini head is faulty.
• Replace the complete mini motorized brush attachment; internal repair is usually not economical.
