Attachments (crevice tool, upholstery tool) fall off easily during use.

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting accessories.

• 1. Clean connection points: Wipe the outside of the wand end and the inside of the tools with a dry cloth to remove dust.
• 2. Inspect locking tabs: Check the small plastic tabs or buttons on the tools and wand. If they are worn down or broken, the tool will not lock properly.

Replace the affected Swan Accessory Tool or Extension Wand if the locking features are damaged.
