Static shocks are felt when touching metal parts of the vacuum during use.

Possible Causes

Dry environment and synthetic carpets, Lack of a proper earthing path in design, Dust buildup on plastic surfaces

Safety first: If shocks are severe or accompanied by a burning smell, stop using the unit and have it inspected.

1. Humidify environment: Increase room humidity slightly if the air is very dry.
2. Clean exterior: Wipe plastic surfaces with a slightly damp cloth (with the battery removed) and dry thoroughly.

Mild static is usually not a fault. If you suspect an electrical insulation issue, have a technician check the main body housing and wiring.
