The vacuum cannot be wall-mounted securely; the dock feels loose or unstable.

Safety first: Ensure the wall area is free of electrical cables and pipes before drilling.

• 1. Check fixings: Tighten the screws holding the dock to the wall. Use appropriate wall plugs for your wall type (brick, plasterboard, etc.).
• 2. Inspect bracket: Look for cracks or deformation in the plastic dock.

If the bracket is damaged, replace the Swan Wall Mount / Docking Bracket.
