Possible Causes
Dirty pre-motor filter, Dust bin not cleaned regularly, Moist debris causing mildew, Pet hair buildup in cyclone
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before cleaning.
- Step 1 – Thoroughly clean dust bin: Empty and wipe the bin with a slightly damp cloth, then dry completely.
- Step 2 – Clean or replace filters: Wash washable filters and allow to dry for 24 hours. Replace HEPA filters if they smell or are heavily soiled.
- Step 3 – Avoid vacuuming wet material: Only vacuum dry debris to prevent mold growth.
