Vacuum leaves visible dust on floors and carpets despite a normal suction sound.

Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before inspecting the floor head.

• Check brush bristles: Inspect the brushroll. If bristles are worn down, uneven, or missing, replace the brushroll.
• Clear intake: Look at the front suction opening of the head. Remove any lint, hair, or large debris blocking the opening.
• Clean internal channels: If possible, open the bottom plate and clear dust buildup from internal air channels.
• Use correct mode: For carpets, use a higher power mode and ensure the motorized brush is enabled. For hard floors, use the appropriate soft roller head if supplied.
