Poor Wash Performance / Insufficient Spray Pressure
Dishwasher runs but dishes come out dirty, with food residues and a film on glasses.

Possible Causes
Clogged spray arm nozzles, low water level due to inlet issues, weak circulation pump, incorrect detergent or overloading racks
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dishwasher before removing spray arms.
- Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms by unscrewing or unclipping them. Rinse under running water and use a toothpick to clear blocked jets.
- Check water level: During a wash, open the door carefully. Water should cover the filter area. If very low, see inlet-related faults (E05/E08/E18).
- Load correctly: Avoid blocking spray arms with large dishes. Do not nest bowls and ensure items do not obstruct the detergent dispenser.
- Use proper detergent: Use quality dishwasher tablets or powder and adjust dosage for water hardness. Always use rinse aid unless using specific all-in-one tablets and soft water.
- Run maintenance wash: Run an empty hot cycle with dishwasher cleaner to remove grease and deposits from internal parts.
