How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and water.

Check spray arms: Ensure spray arms are clean and can rotate freely; blockages can affect water distribution.
Access diverter: On many Bauknecht models, a diverter valve is integrated into the circulation pump or sump. Remove the base panel to locate it.
Inspect for obstructions: Check the diverter mechanism for debris or scale preventing movement. Clean carefully.
Test motor: With a multimeter, check the diverter motor coil for continuity. Replace the diverter assembly if open or seized.
