The detergent tablet or powder remains in the dispenser at the end of the cycle.

Safety first: Turn off the power before removing the inner door panel if accessing the dispenser from behind.

• Check for obstruction: Ensure tall items in the lower or upper rack are not blocking the dispenser door from opening.
• Clean dispenser: Wipe the dispenser cup and lid to remove caked-on detergent. Ensure the latch moves freely.
• Test dispenser door: Manually open and close the dispenser to confirm smooth operation.
• Inspect spray arm pattern: Make sure the upper spray arm is not clogged and can spray water towards the dispenser area.
• Replace dispenser: If the latch or solenoid is defective, replace the Bosch detergent dispenser assembly.
