How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before reaching into the sump area.

Remove and clean filters: Take out the Bosch filter assembly (coarse and fine). Rinse thoroughly and scrub off grease and debris.
Inspect sump: Look into the sump opening with a flashlight. Remove any food scraps, labels, or foreign objects.
Check drain pump inlet: Remove the small cover over the drain pump (if present) and feel for obstructions at the pump impeller. Carefully remove any debris.
Run a rinse cycle: After cleaning, run a short rinse cycle to confirm proper draining and that E22 is cleared.
Regular maintenance: Clean filters weekly in heavy-use households to prevent recurrence.
