Possible Causes
Faulty flow meter in side water tank, Blocked side tank channels, Loose flow meter connector, Limescale buildup affecting flow sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap before removing side panels.
- Access side tank: Remove the left or right side panel (depending on model) to expose the water distribution tank and flow meter.
- Inspect for blockages: Look for visible debris or limescale in the transparent channels of the side tank. Heavy scale can restrict flow.
- Clean side tank: If removable, flush the tank with warm water and descaler. Otherwise, run a dishwasher descaling product through a hot cycle after reassembly.
- Check flow meter connector: Ensure the small sensor on the tank has a secure electrical connection.
- Replace flow meter: If the sensor is suspected faulty, replace the flow meter assembly with a CDA-compatible part.
