The top rack is difficult to slide or falls off the rails; the rack does not stay level.

• Inspect rollers: Pull out the upper rack and check the plastic rollers for cracks or missing pieces. Replace as needed.
• Check rail end caps: Ensure the end caps on the rails are present and secure. Replace if broken to prevent the rack from sliding off.
• Replace damaged rails: If rails are bent, replace them with OEM Frigidaire Gallery rails.
• Avoid overloading: Distribute weight evenly and avoid placing heavy pots on the upper rack.
