• Inspect dishwasher junction box: Remove the toe-kick panel and open the metal junction box where the house wiring connects to the dishwasher. Ensure wire nuts are tight and no wires are burnt or loose.
• Check door latch operation: A failing latch can cause the control to lose power mid-cycle. Open and close the door; it should latch firmly. If the latch feels loose or the door doesn't close securely, replace the door latch assembly.
• Restart the cycle: After confirming stable power and secure connections, restore power and restart the desired cycle.
