Possible Causes
Closed water supply valve, Failed water inlet valve, Faulty flow meter (if equipped), Clogged inlet screen
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water supply.
- Confirm water supply: Verify the shutoff valve under the sink is fully open and that other fixtures have normal water flow.
- Inspect and clean inlet valve: Follow the same steps as F4E1 to clean the inlet screen and check for kinks in the supply line.
- Flow meter check (if present): Some JennAir models use a flow meter in the fill line. Inspect its wiring and connectors for damage. Replace the flow meter if it is physically damaged or if diagnostics indicate no pulses.
- Replace inlet valve: If water supply is good and the valve does not open when commanded, replace the water inlet valve.
Note: After repairs, clear the error by disconnecting power for several minutes, then run a test cycle.
