Dishwasher displays U11 and will not complete the cycle; water remains at the bottom.

Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the drain system.

• Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the fine and coarse filters.
• Check the drain hose: Inspect for kinks and disconnect from the sink trap to clear any blockage. Flush with water.
• Inspect the sink trap: Clean the sink trap or garbage disposer inlet where the hose connects.
• Check the pump area: Look into the sump for foreign objects that may block the pump inlet.

If U11 persists, the drain pump may be failing and should be tested or replaced.
