• Test door manually: With the machine off, close and then release the dispenser door to confirm it springs open freely.
• Use powder as test: Try using powdered detergent in the dispenser to see if it dispenses correctly.
• Replace dispenser: If the door mechanism is weak or the solenoid does not actuate, replace the dispenser assembly.
