Possible Causes

Safety first: Turn off the appliance before cleaning.

Deep clean filters: Remove and scrub filters with hot, soapy water.
Clean sump: Wipe around the sump area and under the filters to remove trapped food.
Run cleaning cycle: Run an empty hot cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or a cup of white vinegar placed upright on the top rack.
