Possible Causes

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before opening the console.

Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the console and carefully disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the UI and main control.
Inspect connectors: Look for corrosion, bent pins, or damage. Clean gently if needed.
Power reset: Leave the dryer unplugged for 5 minutes, then restore power and test.
