How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before removing the control panel.

Check connections:

  • Remove the top cover and front control panel as needed.
  • Inspect and reseat the ribbon cable or harness between the display and main PCB.
  • Look for corrosion or bent pins on the connectors.

Visual inspection: Examine both PCBs for burn marks or cracked components.

If E14 persists after reseating connectors, one of the boards is likely faulty. Replacement of the display PCB or main PCB is usually required and may be best handled by a Candy technician.
