Possible Causes
Loose harness between main PCB and power module, Faulty power module, Corrupted communication bus, Main PCB failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power. Electronic modules are sensitive to static; handle by edges only.
- Locate modules: Identify the main control board and any separate power or inverter modules used in your Fagor dryer model.
- Reseat connectors: Unplug and firmly reconnect all multi-pin connectors between the boards. Check for bent pins or corrosion.
- Inspect for damage: Look for burn marks, cracked components, or bulging capacitors on both boards. Replace any obviously damaged module.
- Check harness continuity: Test the wiring harness between modules for continuity and shorts. Replace if damaged.
- Module replacement: If E19 persists after reseating and inspection, one of the boards is likely defective. Replacement is typically a technician-level repair.
