Water tank full indicator is on and dryer stops, but the tank is empty.

Safety first: Disconnect mains power before accessing the tank housing.

• Remove and inspect tank: Take out the water tank and inspect the housing for a float mechanism. Clean any lint or slime that may be causing it to stick.
• Check float movement: Ensure the float moves freely up and down. Free it if stuck.
• Test switch: If accessible, test the float switch with a multimeter for correct open/closed operation as the float moves.
• Wiring check: Inspect the wiring from the float switch to the control board for damage or loose connections.
