Dryer will not start; the display shows E01, and the cycle cancels immediately after pressing Start.
Door Interlock Circuit Fault
E02
The dryer stops shortly after starting; E02 is displayed; the drum may tumble briefly then shut down.
Exhaust Airflow Restriction / Overheat Protection
E03
The dryer runs but clothes remain wet; the cycle ends quickly with E03 on the display.
Moisture Sensor / Dryness Detection Fault
E04
The dryer does not heat; the drum turns but only cold air is produced; E04 appears after a few minutes.
Heater Circuit Failure
E05
The dryer stops mid-cycle with E05; the cabinet feels very hot; the drum may stop and not restart until cooled.
Overtemperature Protection / High Limit Trip
E06
The dryer will not start; E06 is displayed; sometimes accompanied by a humming noise from the base of the machine.
Drive Motor Start Failure
E07
The dryer stops and displays E07; the drum may not rotate even though the motor can be heard running briefly.
Drive Belt / Drum Rotation Fault
E08
The dryer does not heat properly; E08 is displayed; the cycle may run longer than normal with lukewarm air.
NTC Temperature Sensor Fault
E09
The dryer will not start; the control panel lights up, but E09 is shown, and no relay click is heard.
Main Control PCB Power or Relay Fault
E10
The dryer stops with E10; on condenser or heat pump models, the water tank may be empty or only partially filled.
Condensate Pump / Water Level Fault
E11
Dryer runs but the water tank fills very slowly or not at all; E11 is displayed on some condenser/heat pump models.
Condenser Airflow / Heat Exchange Fault
E12
The dryer displays E12 and will not start; this is often associated with unusual clicking from the control panel.
User Interface / Control Panel Communication Fault
E13
The dryer stops with E13; on heat pump models, the compressor may not start or may shut down quickly.
Heat Pump System Fault (Heat Pump Models Only)
E14
The dryer shows E14 and may shut down unexpectedly; this is sometimes associated with tripping the household breaker.
Earth Leakage / Ground Fault Detection
E15
The dryer displays E15; the cycle may not start or may stop shortly after starting; this is often linked to incorrect mains frequency or voltage issues.
Power Supply / Frequency Detection Fault
E16
The dryer shows E16; the drum may rotate but the program does not advance correctly or the time jumps erratically.
Program Timing / Sensor Correlation Fault
E17
The dryer displays E17; on some models, the door may lock and unlock repeatedly without starting the cycle.
Door Lock Drive or Feedback Fault
E18
The dryer shows E18; the control panel may freeze or respond slowly; sometimes buttons do not register.
User Interface Key Matrix Fault
E19
The dryer displays E19; this may occur immediately after power-up; no other functions are available.
Configuration / EEPROM Fault
Symptom
Dryer causes condensation or steam in the room; windows mist up heavily during use.
Poor Ventilation / Exhaust Leakage
Symptom
Dryer display and lights flicker or reset during operation; sometimes the cycle stops and restarts.
Intermittent Power or Control Supply Fault
Symptom
Dryer door opens during the cycle or pops open when the drum reverses.
Door Latch / Hinge Misalignment
Symptom
Dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle; door appears locked even though the machine is off.
Door Interlock Stuck Closed
Symptom
Dryer drum does not turn but you can hear the motor humming when Start is pressed.
Drive System Mechanical Jam or Failed Start Capacitor
Symptom
Dryer drum light does not work when the door is opened, but the dryer otherwise operates normally.
Drum Lamp Circuit Failure
Symptom
Dryer emits a burning smell or hot plastic smell during or after a cycle.
Overheating or Electrical Insulation Breakdown
Symptom
Dryer is running but makes a loud banging or thumping noise, especially during start-up or with heavy loads.
Drum Support or Suspension Fault
Symptom
Dryer leaks water onto the floor from the front or underneath (condenser or heat pump models).
Condensate Collection / Drainage Fault
Symptom
Dryer leaves black or brown marks on clothes, or clothes snag and tear during drying.
Drum Seal or Baffle Damage
Symptom
Dryer makes a rattling or scraping noise, especially at low drum speeds.
Foreign Object in Drum or Fan Housing
Symptom
Dryer powers on but will not start; pressing Start does nothing and no error code is shown.
Start Circuit / Door Not Recognised
Symptom
Dryer produces a high-pitched squealing or squeaking noise during operation.
Friction in Drum Support or Idler Pulley
Symptom
Dryer runs but the control panel becomes very hot to the touch.
Excessive Heat Transfer to Control Area
Symptom
Dryer runs continuously and does not stop at the expected time; clothes become overdried and very hot.
Auto-Dry Control Not Terminating
Symptom
Dryer runs for only a few minutes then stops, but the clothes are still wet; no error code is shown.
Overheat Trip or Faulty Thermostat
Symptom
Dryer stops with water tank full warning, but the tank is actually empty or only partly filled.
Water Level Detection Fault (Condenser/Heat Pump)
Symptom
Dryer takes much longer than usual to dry clothes; loads come out damp even after a full cycle.
Restricted Airflow / Reduced Heating Efficiency
Symptom
Dryer vibrates excessively or moves across the floor during operation.
Cabinet Vibration / Imbalance
Symptom
Dryer will not start at all; no lights or display; appears completely dead.
No Power / Supply or Fuse Failure
Symptom
The dryer runs but does not heat; clothes remain cold and damp at the end of the cycle; no error code is displayed.
