Dryer displays E10 and stops; on condenser models, there may be water in the base tray and an alarm sound.
Leakage / Base Tray Flood Protection
E11
Dryer displays E11; the drum may rotate but there is no or very low heat.
Exhaust / Airflow Sensor Fault
E12
Dryer displays E12; the cycle may not start or may stop unexpectedly, often on sensor-dry programs.
Moisture Sensor / Conductivity Fault
E13
Dryer displays E13 and may stop shortly after starting; sometimes accompanied by unusual fan noise.

Cabinet Overheating
Symptom
Dryer display and buttons work, but the drum does not rotate and there is no motor sound.
Motor Not Running
Symptom
Dryer display shows unusually short or long remaining times that do not match actual drying progress.
Sensor Drying Algorithm / Moisture Sensing Issue
Symptom
Dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle; the door appears stuck closed.
Door Lock Mechanism Jammed
Symptom
Dryer door will not stay closed; it pops open during operation.
Door Latch / Catch Failure
Symptom
Dryer emits an unusual chemical or plastic smell when new or after long storage.
Initial Burn-In / Residual Manufacturing Odors
Symptom

Drum Light Circuit Fault
Symptom
Dryer makes a rattling or clinking noise, especially at low speeds.
Foreign Objects in Drum or Fan
Symptom
Dryer occasionally trips the household circuit breaker or RCD during operation
Electrical Leakage or Overcurrent
Symptom
Dryer runs but clothes come out very wrinkled and creased.
Excessive Creasing / Drum Reversal or Cool-Down Issue
Symptom
Dryer runs but does not heat; clothes remain cold and wet at the end of the cycle (no error code shown).
Heating System Failure Without Code
Symptom
Dryer stops with water collecting in the base and may trigger a safety float (no code on basic models).
Base Tray Flood Without Display Code
Symptom
The dryer drum does not turn, but the motor hums when a cycle is started.
Drive Belt Slipped or Broken
Symptom
