Possible Causes
Faulty cover interlock switch, Misaligned cover not actuating the switch, Broken wiring from interlock to main control board, Incorrectly fitted service key or maintenance switch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Ensure the front cover is properly closed and all screws are tightened so that the interlock can engage.
- Open the unit with power OFF and locate the interlock switch. Check for mechanical damage or misalignment.
- Verify that the actuator on the cover correctly presses the switch when closed.
- Check the wiring from the switch to the main control board for continuity.
Repair: Replace the defective interlock switch or adjust its position. If the input on the main control board does not respond to a known‑good switch, the board may need replacement.
