RFID cards are sometimes not detected unless held very close or at a specific angle.

• Step 1 – Remove interference sources: Keep high‑power RF devices (Wi‑Fi routers, DECT phones) and large metal objects away from the immediate vicinity of the charger front.
• Step 2 – Test multiple cards: Some cards have weaker antennas; test with another known‑good card.
• Step 3 – Reseat RFID module: With power OFF, reseat the RFID module and ensure it is correctly positioned behind the front panel.
• Step 4 – Check mounting height: Ensure the charger is mounted at the recommended height so users can present cards flat to the reader.
• Step 5 – Replace module if needed: Persistent weak reading suggests a failing RFID antenna or module.
