RFID cards that used to work are no longer recognized; the charger stays locked even though LEDs are normal.

• Re‑enroll cards: Use the app or backend to re‑register RFID cards to the charger.
• Test multiple cards: Try more than one card to rule out a single card failure.
• Remove interference sources: Avoid placing large metal objects or strong RF sources (e.g., Wi‑Fi routers) directly behind the charger.
• Firmware and reset: Update firmware if available and, if necessary, perform a factory reset (following Amperfied instructions) and reconfigure access control.
• If still failing: Replace the RFID reader module.
