Danger: Moisture inside electrical equipment is hazardous. Do not operate the charger while wet.

Switch off power: Turn off the charger at the breaker or isolator.
Do not open in the rain: Wait until conditions are dry before any inspection.
External inspection: Check for visible cracks, missing screws, or gaps around the cable entry and housing joints.
Technician drying and sealing: A qualified technician should open the unit, dry internal components, check for corrosion, replace any damaged gaskets or cable glands, and reseal the housing according to Amperfied IP rating requirements.
Prevent recurrence: Ensure the charger is mounted vertically and not in a location where water can pool or spray directly.

Water or condensation visible inside or around the charger housing; possible intermittent faults in wet weather.
