- Verify time and time zone: In the Autel app, confirm the charger’s time and time zone are set correctly and synchronized with the cloud.
- Clear old schedules: Delete all existing schedules in the app and on the charger, then recreate a single simple schedule for testing.
- Check vehicle timers: Ensure the EV’s own charging schedule is disabled or coordinated with the charger’s schedule to avoid conflicts.
- Update firmware: Install any available firmware updates that address scheduling behavior.
