Possible Causes
Weak Wi-Fi signal at charger, Interference from other devices, Overheating Wi-Fi module, Outdated firmware
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Network troubleshooting does not involve high-voltage work.
- Improve signal: Move your router closer to the charger or install a Wi-Fi extender to boost signal strength.
- Change Wi-Fi channel: Log into your router and select a less congested channel to reduce interference.
- Update firmware: Use the Bosch app to check for firmware updates that improve connectivity.
- Reboot schedule: Occasionally rebooting the router and charger can clear network glitches. Turn OFF the charger breaker for 1 minute, then ON.
- Module replacement: If only the Bosch charger has persistent issues while other devices are stable, the internal Wi-Fi module may be failing and require replacement.
