Charger’s RFID card reader does not respond to cards or fobs, but the rest of the charger functions normally.

Safety: Turn OFF power before removing the front panel.

• Step 1 – Test multiple cards: Try several known‑good RFID cards or fobs.
• Step 2 – Clean surface: Wipe the reader area with a dry cloth to remove dirt or stickers.
• Step 3 – Internal cable check: With power OFF, open the unit and verify the RFID reader cable is firmly connected to the main control board.
• Step 4 – Bypass for testing: Temporarily disable RFID access control in the Enel X app (if allowed) to confirm that charging works without the reader.
• Resolution: Replace the RFID reader module/front panel if it remains unresponsive.
