EVBox Status LED Indication Fault

Charger's front LEDs do not light or show incorrect colors, but charging still works.

Possible Causes

Failed LED segments on the front panel, Loose LED board connector, Minor firmware bug in the LED driver, Water ingress damaging the LED PCB

Note: LED faults are mostly cosmetic but can hinder troubleshooting.

Verify via app: Use the EVBox app to confirm the actual charger status while ignoring LED anomalies.
Power cycle: Turn the charger off and on to reset the LED controller.
Inspect front panel (qualified): With power off, remove the front cover and check the LED board and its connector to the main board.
Replace LED board: If LEDs remain non-functional or erratic, replace the front LED/display board.
