  • 2. Test with another vehicle: Plug into a different EV to see if E13 is vehicle-specific. If only one vehicle triggers E13, the issue may be with that vehicle’s onboard charger.
  • 3. Inspect pilot components (advanced): With power OFF, locate the pilot resistor network and associated wiring on the control board. Look for burned resistors or loose connections.
  • 4. Firmware update: If EvoCharge provides updated firmware addressing pilot issues, apply the update following their instructions.
