The charger powers on but the display is blank or unreadable; LEDs may still function.

Safety first: Isolate power before removing the front cover.

• Check via app: If possible, connect to the charger using the Garo app or web interface to confirm that it is otherwise operating.
• Inspect display connections: Open the front cover and reseat the ribbon cable or connector between the display and the main or interface board.
• Look for moisture: Check for condensation behind the front window. If present, dry the area and inspect the seals.
• Replace display: If the display remains blank or distorted, replace the display module with a Garo-approved spare.
