Possible Causes
Tripped or faulty breaker, Loose line connections at the terminal block, Open internal fuse (if equipped), Failed low-voltage power supply on the control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Use proper PPE when working in the electrical panel. Turn OFF the main breaker if removing panel covers.
- Check breaker: Verify the dedicated 2-pole breaker is in the ON position and has not tripped. Reset it once if it has tripped.
- Measure voltage: With a multimeter, confirm the correct voltage at the Grizzl-E input terminals. If there is no voltage, troubleshoot the upstream wiring and breaker.
- Inspect internal fuse: With power OFF and the cover removed, look for an internal fuse on or near the control board. Test it and replace it if it is open with the same type and rating.
- Board failure: If supply voltage is present and any fuse is good but the unit remains dead, the internal power supply on the main control board has likely failed and the board must be replaced.
