Possible Causes
Supply voltage too low due to undersized wiring or long extension cord, Supply voltage too high or unstable, Faulty input voltage sensing circuit on main control board, Incorrect supply configuration (e.g., wrong phase connection)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not continue using the charger on a circuit with unstable voltage. This can damage both charger and vehicle.
- Remove extension cords: Connect the J+ Booster directly to a fixed outlet. Long, thin extension cords cause voltage drop.
- Test outlet voltage: Use a multimeter or have an electrician verify that the supply voltage is within the charger’s specified range (e.g., 200–240 V for single-phase models).
- Check for other heavy loads: Turn off large appliances on the same circuit and retry. Brownouts can trigger E07.
- Try a different outlet or phase: If available, connect to another properly wired circuit.
- If E07 appears on multiple known-good outlets: The input voltage sensing circuit on the main control board may be defective and needs professional replacement.
