The charger’s Wi-Fi connection is unstable or frequently drops, causing remote control and monitoring to fail.

Safety first: Network troubleshooting does not involve live electrical parts, but do not open the charger while energized.

• Step 1 – Check signal strength: Use a smartphone at the charger location to check Wi-Fi signal quality. If weak, move the router or add a Wi-Fi extender.
• Step 2 – Change Wi-Fi channel: Log into your router and select a less congested channel to reduce interference.
• Step 3 – Firmware update: Update the Jaguar wallbox firmware via the app if possible.
• Step 4 – Reseat/replace Wi-Fi module: With power OFF, open the charger, reseat the Wi-Fi module, or replace it with a Jaguar-approved part if instability persists.
