Possible Causes
Weak Wi-Fi signal at charger location, Interference from other devices, Incorrect Wi-Fi credentials, Faulty Wi-Fi antenna or module in charger.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This affects smart features, not basic charging.
- Check signal strength: Use a smartphone at the charger location to check Wi-Fi signal. If weak, move the router closer or add a Wi-Fi extender.
- Verify credentials: Re-enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password in the Mini app, ensuring correct capitalization.
- Change Wi-Fi channel: On your router, select a less congested channel (e.g., 1, 6, or 11 on 2.4 GHz).
- Inspect antenna (technician): With power OFF, open the charger and ensure the Wi-Fi antenna cable is securely connected to the communication module and not pinched.
If connectivity remains poor despite a strong signal, the Wi-Fi module may need replacement.
