Possible Causes

Weak or overloaded supply circuit, Excessive voltage drop due to undersized wiring or long cable run, Loose terminal in wall/CEE outlet, Faulty undervoltage detection circuit on control PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Undervoltage can cause overheating and unreliable operation. Avoid repeated restarts without addressing the supply issue.

  • 1. Reduce charging current:
    • Use the NRGkick app to lower the current (e.g., from 32A to 10–16A).
    • Observe whether E06 still occurs at lower current.
  • 2. Test another circuit:
    • Plug the NRGkick into a different outlet on a separate breaker, preferably closer to the main panel.
    • If E06 disappears, the original circuit is likely undersized or overloaded.
  • 3. Check for other heavy loads:
    • Turn off large appliances (ovens, heaters, welders) on the same circuit while charging.
    • Monitor if the error stops occurring.
  • 4. Have wiring inspected:
    • Ask an electrician to check for loose terminals, undersized conductors, or long cable runs causing voltage drop.
    • Upgrade wiring or dedicated circuit if necessary.
  • 5. If supply is confirmed stable but E06 persists:
    • The internal undervoltage detection or ADC on the control PCB may be defective.
    • Contact NRGkick support for internal diagnostics and potential PCB replacement.
