The charger enclosure vibrates or rattles when vehicles connect or disconnect, or when the relay operates.

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening mounting hardware or opening the unit.

• 1. Tighten mounting hardware: Ensure all wall anchors and screws holding the Primecom charger are tight and appropriate for the wall material.
• 2. Add support for the cable: Use a cable hook or bracket to support the weight of the cable and reduce strain on the charger housing.
• 3. Internal check: With power off, open the housing and verify that the relay, control board, and any transformers are securely fastened.
• 4. Add vibration pads: If necessary, install rubber washers or pads between the charger and the wall to dampen vibration.
