Possible Causes
Loose wall mounting screws, internal components not fully secured, cable strain relief not tightened, enclosure warped from improper installation.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the power before tightening internal components.
- Step 1 – Check wall mount: Ensure all mounting screws are tight and anchored into a solid structure (studs or appropriate masonry anchors).
- Step 2 – Tighten strain relief: With the power OFF, verify the cable strain relief at the bottom of the charger is snug and holding the cable firmly.
- Step 3 – Secure internals: Remove the cover and gently check that the contactor, terminal block, and control board are firmly screwed down.
Persistent vibration may shorten component life; address loose hardware promptly.
