Safety: Current limiting itself is not dangerous, but misconfiguration can lead to nuisance undercharging.

• Check app settings: In the Tesla app (if supported), verify that no scheduled or permanent current limit is set lower than desired.
• Review load management: If the Wall Connector is integrated with a building energy management system, confirm that its control signals are correct and not erroneously limiting current.
• Standalone test: Temporarily disable external load management and test the Wall Connector alone to see if it can deliver full configured current.
• Verify breaker configuration: Ensure the Wall Connector is commissioned with the correct breaker size; it will automatically limit current to 80% of that value.
• If current remains limited without external controls: The internal current sensor or firmware may be faulty; contact Tesla or replace the Wall Connector.
