Freezer interior light does not work, but cooling is normal.

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before replacing any light components.

• Check door switch: Press the door switch by hand. If the light does not respond and the switch feels loose or does not click, replace the door switch.
• Inspect light module: Remove the light cover and check for obvious damage or discoloration of the LED module or bulb.
• Replace light: Install a GE-approved replacement LED module or bulb. Do not substitute with non-rated bulbs.
• Check wiring: Ensure the light connector is fully seated and wires are intact.
