How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before tightening screws or accessing the rear compartment.

Steps:

  • Level the unit: Adjust the front leveling legs so the freezer is stable and does not rock. Use a spirit level if available.
  • Check surroundings: Remove items from the top of the freezer and ensure it is not touching walls or cabinets that can transmit vibration.
  • Inspect rear components: Remove the rear lower panel and check that the condenser fan, shroud, and compressor cover are secure. Tighten any loose screws.
  • Secure shelves and baskets: Ensure all internal shelves and baskets are properly seated and not rattling.
