- Verify sensor mounting: Confirm the cabinet sensor is properly clipped to the liner or in its housing, not dangling in free air.
- Test sensor: Measure NTC resistance at known temperatures and replace if readings are erratic.
- Avoid overloading: Do not block air vents inside the freezer; allow air to circulate.
If fluctuations persist with good sensors and installation, the main control board may require replacement.
