How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before removing the control panel.

  • Disable control lock: Press and hold the lock/unlock or hold button for 3–5 seconds to unlock controls.
  • Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes and plug back in to reset the UI.
  • Dry moisture: If condensation is visible inside the panel, remove the housing and gently dry the area. Correct any air leaks.
  • Inspect ribbon cable: Reseat or replace the UI ribbon cable if it is damaged.
  • Replace UI board: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface board.
