How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and gas before cleaning or tightening components.
Error 13 is a hard lockout after multiple failed ignition cycles.
- Reset lockout:
- Turn off power for at least 30 seconds, then restore.
- Clean the flame sensor and check the ground:
- Follow the same cleaning steps as for other flame sensor faults.
- Tighten ground screws on the burner rack and control board.
